Screen candidates resumes and job applications Create and Design Job Descriptions Conduct prescreen and interviews to identify qualified candidates Access candidates' knowledge, skills, soft skills, and experience to best suit open positions.
Onboard new employees Build and grow relationships with clients and candidates Conduct client meetings Conduct employee counseling as needed Maintain a steady pipeline of qualified candidates Ensures compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations, and company policies.
Requirements Minimum of 2 - 3 years of experience in the Staffing industry.
