Job Description:
Change Management Specialist Responsibilities will include:
Supporting the Enterprise Product Support (EPS) team. This team provides modernization, integration and sustainment engineering, sustainment planning, systems/Software (SW)/baseline testing, integrated cyber security support, Enterprise Services Support (ESS), Enterprise Service Desk (ESD) support, cloud migration, and Hardware (HW)/SW installation and removal services for the integrated sustainment of the AF EPS. This includes lab support for operational, production, and test environments. The required services shall be provided primarily at Robins AFB GA.
Job Description:
Supports all required change and configuration boards and working groups. Develops change documentation and maintains forward schedule of changes. Provides change management services and participates in change management processes to ensure that standardized methods and procedures are used for efficient and prompt handling of changes. Manages the introduction and implementation of changes affecting all services and in any of the management processes, tools, and methodologies designed and utilized to support service components.
