Job Description Providing excellent service to all residents, prospects, and visitors to the community.
Effectively lease apartment in accordance with budget guidelines.
Follow Fair Housing Standards in all dealings with prospects and residents Coordinating the application review for each lease including credit and income verifications.
Completing lease packets and files for each resident to include the lease, all addendums and other proper documentation.
Ensuring the condition of leased apartments prior to move-in, including a final inspection and walk through with resident.
Following up with residents throughout their lease terms and coordinating the renewal process for each lease.
Experience High School diploma or equivalent (Required) Previous property management leasing experience (Highly Desired) Previous customer service experience (Preferred) Yardi Experience (Preferred) Ability to maintain both a professional appearance and manner Physical Requirements This position is primarily in an office environment, but applicant must be able to walk the property, including climbing stairs May work around cleaning solvents, paint fumes and landscaping chemicals Experience.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
