Key
Responsibilities:
Supervise and support Pre-mix and Letdown process team members, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.
Double-check orders to ensure correct products, and quantities are selected, in line with our values of speed and kindness.
Coordinate with production manager to ensure orders are on time and not holding up any portion of the process.
Ensure the Mills Department is supplied with batches as needed based on their priority.
Maintain communication with other supervisors to ensure cross departmental teamwork allows for seamless completion of batches under the direction of the production manager.
Maintain inventory accuracy and conduct regular counts to uphold our commitment to trust ensuring necessary raw materials exist to complete batches and minimize down time.
Assist in training new team members and provide ongoing support and guidance.
Uphold safety protocols and ensure a clean and safe work environment.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Experience in a supervisory role, preferably in shipping, warehouse, or manufacturing.
Strong communication and leadership skills, with a positive and friendly attitude.
Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and efficiency.
Ability to prioritize tasks and adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Understanding of basic inventory management principles.
Forklift experience is a plus.
